Once confirmed, your notarization will be completed at the scheduled time—either online, at your location or at a designated meeting location, depending on the service selected.
Please have a valid, unexpired photo ID available at your appointment.
Before Your Appointment
To help ensure a smooth and efficient visit, appointment details are reviewed in advance, including document type, number of signers, witnesses needed (if applicable) , preferred timing, and location.
Remote Online Appointments you’ll receive a secure link in advance.
Mobile Appointments may include a travel or convenience fee, which is always disclosed and confirmed prior to service.
In Person Appointments you will be provided with an address to a designated meeting place.

Pricing
Pricing is based on the type of appointment (Remote Online, Mobile or In Person), any travel distance for mobile visits, and the number of notarized signatures. Additional fees may apply for mobile service, travel, after‑hours , Weekend and Holiday scheduling. All pricing is clearly explained and confirmed with you before your appointment is scheduled.
